There are two ways you can share a video:
1) Uploading a video file
2) Sharing a public video link
Continue reading to see how each option is used.
Upload a Video File
When creating a new post:
Locate the Media section of the post.
Either click the Browse File box to upload your video file, or drag-and-drop your video file into that box.
Note: With the basic subscription plan, you can upload a video up to 100MB in size. Depending on the file type and quality, 100MB can range from approximately 1-10 minutes in length.
Videos larger than 100MB would require a Pro subscription level.

Share a public video link
Any video link you share must be public (or if you're using your own YouTube videos, 'unlisted' videos would also be acceptable).
When creating a new post:
Locate the Message section of this post.
Enter the video link within the Message box. The link will not appear clickable here, but once it publishes to Facebook, it will be a blue clickable link.
Finish filling out the rest of the required info on this page.
Click the Create button to save.
Note - If there is no media attached to the post:
Once posted, Facebook may generate and publish a picture preview of that video.
There are some videos that Facebook just does not display this picture preview for. We recommend testing out your posts in a practice group before using in a party if at all possible, so you can review how those videos are displayed.
