NOTE: The features described below are included in the Professional subscription level. You can upgrade your subscription anytime from the Account menu on your PostMyParty dashboard.
However, anyone with a PostMyParty account - at all subscription levels - can join a team.
Use Teams to simplify organizing and sharing templates without needing to re-share links each time you create a new template or edit an existing one.
Create a Team
1. From your PostMyParty menu, click Teams.
2. Click the New Team button.
3. Enter the name of your team, and what you'd like your team code to be.
(This code is what your team members will use to join your team).
4. Click the Create Team button.
Your team is now created, and listed on your Teams menu. You can share your team code with anyone you'd like to join your team.
Manage your Team
To share a template with your team:
From the Teams menu, click the name of your team.
Choose the Templates tab, then click the Add Template button.
A new window will pop up. Choose the template you want to share from the dropdown box provided. Then click Share Template.
That template will now be available for everyone on your team to import to their account.
To manually add a new team member:
From the Teams menu, click the name of your team.
Choose the Members tab, then click the Add Team Member button.
A new window will pop up. Enter the email address of the member you'd like to add to your team.
(Make sure you're entering the email address that member's PostMyParty account is under.)
That person will immediately be listed as a member of your team.
Join a Team
In order to join a team, you will need the host of that team to share the team code with you.
From your PostMyParty menu, click Teams.
2. Click the Join Team button.
3. Enter the team code that was shared with you.
4. Click Join Team.
You're now a member of that team! You can now import any templates shared with you.
Import Template
From the Teams menu, click the name of the team you're on.
Choose the Templates tab at the top of the page.
Click the Import to My Templates option beside the template you want to save to your account.
A new window will pop up. Confirm by clicking the Import Template button given there.
That template is now saved in your list of templates.
