In order to use the keyboard extension, it's necessary to have the following icon in the bottom left or bottom right corner of your device's keyboard:

Note: On Apple/iOS devices, this icon may look like a globe instead. That's okay! Use that globe icon instead of looking for a keyboard symbol.

If you notice you do not have that keyboard icon at all,
let's check your device's settings to be sure that's enabled.

  • From the PostMyParty mobile app, click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner.

  • Select Keyboard Extension

This will open your device's settings.

  • Toggle ON the switch that says Keyboard button on navigation bar.

That will then put the Keyboard Icon in the bottom left (or right) corner of your keyboard anytime you have it open.

This is what you will need to click in order to choose your PostMyParty Keyboard Extension when you want to access your content for posting, like shown below:

Click the arrows in the upper left corner of your screen to exit out of each of the settings options you opened to get here. You might need to do this a few times to get back to your device's home screen.

Is the keyboard icon still not showing for you, and you see a microphone icon instead?

If so, this steps in the following article may be more helpful:

Alternate instructions for your device settings:

Navigate to your mobile device's SETTINGS and find the GENERAL MANAGEMENT option.

Once that screen opens up, click on KEYBOARD LIST & DEFAULT

From this point, follow the same steps as given above to proceed adjusting your account settings.
