NOTE: The features described below are included in the Professional subscription level. You can upgrade your subscription anytime from the Account menu on your PostMyParty dashboard.
Any contact information you collect can be added to the Contacts section of your dashboard. This includes their name, email address, and phone number (optional).
You can also add your own personal notes and tags to each contact.
There are several ways you can compile this information:

Import your contacts using a .csv file (commonly gathered from email service providers and spreadsheet programs like Excel and Google Sheets)
Create an RSVP Landing Page for your parties
Designing an RSVP landing page for your Facebook groups creates a unique and welcoming introduction to your party. When used, your guests will enter their contact info themselves to RSVP to your party.
This information is collected for you, and saved to the Contacts section of your dashboard automatically.
Manually enter their contact info
Perhaps you've collected your customers' information in an address book or order forms over time. You can manually create a new contact for each customer you want to add to your Contacts list:
From your PostMyParty dashboard, click Contacts.
Click the New Contact + button.
A new window will pop up. Fill in with the information you have, and you can also add any tags or personal notes here as well.
Click Add Contact to save.
That entry will now be listed in your Contacts.
Import your contacts using a .csv file
If you've collected your customers' contact information digitally, it is possible you may be able to import this info over to PostMyParty.
Most email providers and spreadsheet programs (such as Excel and Google Sheets) provide a way to download that information as a .csv file to your device.
To import your .csv file to your PostMyParty account:
From your PostMyParty dashboard, click Contacts.
Click the Import Contacts button.
A new window will pop up. Click the Attachment icon (looks like a paper clip), and choose the file you want to upload.
Click Upload, and the information from that file will be listed in this window.
Click Import.
Those new contacts will now be listed in the Contacts section of your dashboard.
To add Tags or Notes to an existing contact:
Adding a tag can help you easily sort and search for a specific set of contacts, and notes can be used to add any additional information about that guest.
From the Contacts menu, click the Edit icon (looks like a pencil) to the far right of the contact you want to add tags/notes to.
A new window will pop up, you can add any tags and notes here.
Be sure to click Save Contact to save that added information.
Those tags and/or notes will now be displayed in the in the Contacts section of your dashboard.
