Creating a New Template
Templates are where you create all your party posts, all in one list. That way, you'll be able to schedule an entire party's worth of posts all at once!
First, select Templates from your dashboard menu.
Click the New Template button.

Did someone share a template with you, and you're unsure on how to get it into your account? It's SUPER easy!
Make sure you are logged into your PostMyParty account.
Click the link you were given. This will open a new window - click the Import Template button on that page.
The entire template (including text, photos, links, and the times) will be saved in your account, under your list of templates.Few readersHow to edit a shared template
Has someone shared a template with you, and you're wanting to make some changes to it? This article will walk you through how to do this.
If you haven't already, you'll need to save that shared template to your account.
Click the template link you were given. A new window will pop up - click the Import button on that page.
The entire template will immediately be saved in your account.

Replacement Tokens Overview
Replacement Tokens are a great way to keep your Templates and parties organized and personalized. From the main menu in your PostMyParty account, click on the Post Library tab.
You will see 2 tabs at the top of the page:
Libraries - These are categories/folders to organize your individual posts.
Click the name of a Library to open and view posts
Or use the New Library button to create a new one

If you have completed a template, you may want to test it out for yourself before posting it for others to see on Facebook. This can be helpful if you're unsure how the information in your posts will be displayed. The best way to do this would be to create a private group, and schedule your posts there.
Here's how:
Create a test group for yourself.
Go to Facebook, and create a closed or hidden group. You don't need to invite any members, as this is just a test group for yourself.

When posting to multiple parties on the same day(s), it is very important to make sure that you do not have posts scheduled for the exact same time. This tool is used to shift the posts forward or backward by the time increment you select.
