The PostMyParty party app gives super quick access to your pop-up, so your guests don't have to search for your link anytime they want to re-visit the party! 🎉

Benefits of using the app, for both you and your guests:

• The party app pins an icon to their device, for simple access to your party.
• Notifications of new posts are sent to devices that have installed the app.

How do I install the party app?

When either:

• You as the creator of the Virtual Pop-Up visits your party link for the first time

OR

• A guest RSVPs to a virtual pop-up

They are greeted with the following screen:

If they choose to install, they'll be sent a very short series of prompts to finish installation. Once finished, the PMP logo will show on their homescreen/desktop.

Can I install later, if I choose to skip for now?

Yep! When visiting the pop-up's link:

• Click the dropdown arrow in the top corner.
• Select Install app.

Do my guests have to download the app to participate, or receive notification?

Nope! They can still use the party link instead, and receive email and browser notifications. They would only be missing out on the additional app notifications and ease of not having to use a link each time.
