Virtual Pop-Up Notifications

How will my guests be notified of new posts in my pop-up?

📨Email digest

Users receive email digest for all unviewed posts from all parties. They can specify the frequency (never, hourly, daily, weekly) in their profile settings. Hourly is the default.

These settings can be adjusted by either:

Clicking the arrow in the top right corner of any Virtual Pop-Up and adjusting from there.

Or, selecting your preference at the bottom of any email digest received.

🌐Browser notifications

Users can receive alerts each time a new post, or a reply to their comment is published. They can click on any notification they receive, and be directed straight to the party.

These notifications show on both desktop and mobile!

We ask for the permission to send notifications as soon as they arrive into your party, (right after they RSVP).

If they choose to deny these notifications, we keep the option pinned in the pop-up:

If you or a guest has trouble receiving notifications, the browser's notification setting may need adjusted. This varies greatly depending on the browser, but is generally easy to find in their browser settings.
